TI, CHANGHONG COOPERATE ON DLP REAR PROJECTOR

AsiaInfo Services 01-12-2004 TI, Changhong Cooperate on DLP Rear Projector CHINA, Jan 12, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Changhong, a color TV maker in China, announced on January 6, 2004, that it had allied with TI(Texas Instruments) to build a laboratory so as to research various kinds of electrical products including DLP (Digital Lighting Processor) rear projector. Preceded by Skyworth, Amoisonic and SVA, three Chinese color TVmakers authorized by TI to manufacture DLP rear projector, Changhong became the fourth one that got the authorization.
