INFINEON ESTABLISHES NEW IC DESIGN CENTER IN XI'AN

AsiaInfo Services 01-21-2004 Infineon Establishes New IC Design Center in Xi'an XI'AN, Jan 21, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On January 15, Infineon Technologies (FSE/NYSE: IFX), a leading innovator in the international semiconductor industry, announced the commencement of Infineon Technologies Xi'an Co., Ltd., their latest IC Design Center and new subsidiary, in Xi'an, in Northwestern China's Shaanxi Province. The IC design center is located in Xi'an Development Zone for High-tech Industries. Infineon will collaborate with Xidian University to develop a National IC Talent Incubation Base.
