AsiaInfo Services 03-03-2004 DX and Oracle Cooperate on Electric Power CHINA, Mar 03, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Oracle Taiwan and Beijing-based Datang Xingzhu (DX) announced on February 27 that they had partnered to provide with integrated solutions based on Oracle technology so as to boost China's electric power industry.
