AsiaInfo Services 06-22-2004 Bird to Sell Siemens Mobile Phone NINGBO, Jun 22, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd. (Bird) announces to sell Siemens mobile phone in its 30,000 retailing stores nationwide. Meanwhile, Siemens will help Bird develop the overseas market, and open up its mobile phone development platform for Bird. In recent years, the home brands have established sales channels, and they have become the most important market resources. Last year, Bird held 12 percent to 13 percent of the market share, and Nokia and Motorola held the similar market share.
