AsiaInfo Services 07-01-2004 Siemens was Accused of Copyright Infringement BEIJING, Jul 01, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shanghai Siemens Mobile Communication Co., Ltd was accused of copyright infringement bya Chinese company. The prosecution demands Simens Mobile to stop infringement behavior, and apologize in public, as well ascompensate CNY 6 million. The case was already accepted by Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court, and would be available for court session in mid-July or later-July. The prosecution Beijing Wang Dao Xin Tong Technology Development Co., Ltd claimed that Simens Mobile recently launched CL55 mobile phone which used Wang Dao Xin Tong's S9 Chinese strokes input software.
