AsiaInfo Services 07-16-2004 Nikon to Establish Its Own Sales & After-Sales Service Network BEIJING, Jul 16, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Sakakura Shirou, chairman of NikonHongkong Co., Ltd., said that Nikon will establish its own sales network and after-sales service network to keep pace withits construction of factories in China, so that it could obtainmore market share in China's camera market. According to Sakakura Shirou, Nikon invested solely USD60 million to construct a factory in Wuxi, which is still in construction, and started manufacturing last year. Training of employees is just at the very beginning, and the output is determined by staff's mastery of skill.
