AsiaInfo Services 08-09-2004 Banks to Charge Annual Fee on Debit Card GUANGZHOU, Aug 09, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Bank of China (BOC) is going tocharge CNY 10 annual fee on Great Wall RMB Debit Card issued byBOC. Many outlets of BOC in Guangzhou City have released the charging notification on the debit card.
Since November this year, the annual fee will be charged from the account of the debit card directly. If the debit card holders no longer need this card service, they will be able to annul the card service with their own perfect instruments in the institutions they had opened the accounts from August to October, sources from Guangdong branch of BOC express.
