AsiaInfo Services 09-13-2004 China's TV Giants Pursuit Favorable Turn from US's Judgement BEIJING, Sep 13, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The Chinese household appliance giants, such as Sichuan Changhong Group and TCL Group, have jointly submitted an application to the Ministry ofCommerce of China (MOC) for achieving a fair and just judgment in the anti-dumping case in the US through the dispute settlement body (DSB) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). At the middle of April 2004, the Department of Commerce of the US made the final judgment for the China-made color television anti-dumping case and determined to impose a various of anti-dumping tariffs on color televisions made in China.
