AsiaInfo Services 10-11-2004 E-long.com Submits IPO Application to US SEC BEIJING, Oct 11, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On October 8, e-long.com, a Beijing-based IT company, submitted an IPO application to US Securities and Exchange Commission. According to this application, e-long.com prepares to totally issue 4,385,156 American depository shares (ADS), and the priceper share will vary between USD 11.5 and USD 13.5. E-long.com, headquartered in Beijing, was established in Delaware of America in May 1999. At present, it has established branches in cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdou and Wuhan.
