(Shanghai Volkswagen), a large joint venture auto company in China, has launched its first Touran, and is preparing to scramble for the multi-purpose sedan (MPS) market. Touran has been defined as a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV).
But it differs from the traditional MPVs, although it derives from it. Touran's design takes full consideration of energy consumption, environmental protection, and coziness.
