AsiaInfo Services 10-13-2004 Citigroup Tops Out China Headquarters in Shanghai SHANGHAI, Oct 13, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Citigroup Tower, the China headquarters of the US financial magnate, is topped out in Shanghai recently. Citigroup is the second transnational financial group to have named a skyscraper with the corporate name, just after Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd.
