AsiaInfo Services 10-26-2004 Volkswagen Finance (China) Starts Auto Loans Business BEIJING, Oct 26, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Beijing-based Volkswagen Finance (China) Co., the first exclusively foreign-owned automobile finance company in China, announced on October 21 that they had begun the auto loans business in China. The company will introduce two dominant products for private auto buyers at the beginning, said Xia Furui, general manager of the company. Standard loan is a traditional auto loan.
