AsiaInfo Services 11-01-2004 CEA Receives Most Complaints This Sep. BEIJING, Nov 01, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) recently released flight punctuality rate and passenger complaint rate for the whole civil aviation sector ofthe country this September. China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (CEA), with flight unpunctuality rate of 20.62%, ranked the first among airline companies in the civil aviation sector.

China Southern AirlinesCompany Limited ranked the second, and its unpunctuality rate was 20.51%.
