AsiaInfo Services 11-01-2004 MOC Objects to US's Restriction on Sock Imported from China BEIJING, Nov 01, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Chong Quan, spokesman of the Ministry of Commerce of China, announced that the Chinese government was dissatisfied about the determination made by theCommittee for Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) underthe US Department of Commerce to accept petitions to take safeguard action on the import of cotton, wool, man-made fiber socks from China.
