AsiaInfo Services 11-23-2004 bank of china[(bchif)] ABC Shanghai Branch Likely to Charge PDC's Annual Fee Next Year SHANGHAI, Nov 23, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Agriculture Bank of China (ABC), a state-owned bank, has worked out a plan that all the branches of ABC should charge an annual fee of CNY 10 (USD1=CNY8.277) for prepaid debit cards (PDC) before December 31, 2004. ABC Beijing Branch has begun to charge annual fee since last week. ABC Shanghai Branch and the three state-owned banks: Bank of China, Industrial Bank of China and China Construction Bank have not states when they will charge annual fee of its prepaiddebit cards.
