AsiaInfo Services 11-24-2004 Sony to Debut EQ2 in China Next Year BEIJING, Nov 24, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The alpha testing of EQ2, a MMORPG online game developed by Sony Online Entertainment Inc. (SOE), will start in China next spring, and Gamania Digital Entertainment Co. Ltd. (Gamania) will be its operator, news released from Gamania. In 2003, Ubi Soft China operated EQ2 in China.
Because it is not fully localized, Chinese customers are not accustomed to its cultural background and operating mode. Its operation in China was not very good at that time.
