AsiaInfo Services 12-10-2004 FHI Expects to Make Subaru in China BEIJING, Dec 10, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. (FHI) of Japan, plans to set up 100 exclusive shops in China tosell Subaru Series-- its flagship automobiles -- in the boomingmarket. FHI is implementing a sweeping promotion to provide test drive on Subaru for potential buyers in China.
At present, FHI has built up 30 Subaru exclusive shops in China and intends to have100 stores there within three years. Moreover, it has started building up its Subaru Auto sales networks in the Chinese mainland. Presently, FHI has authorizeddistributors in Northern China, Central China, Southern China, and Hong Kong.
