AsiaInfo Services 12-20-2004 LG Philips to Increase LCD Display Output in China NANJING, Dec 20, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- LG Philips, the world second largest LCD display manufacturer, announced on December 15 thatit will increase the module output in China steeply to strengthen its performance in China and global market. Insiders believed this move may further bring down the market price of LCD display. Starting construction in December 2003, LG Philips LCD's secondNanjing module factory held a completion ceremony on December 15, which in fact had started production since this October.
