China Unicom sets to roll out its World Wind dual-mode card business, which has drawn great attention from numerous mobile phone users. "We can dispatch the dual-mode cards to all outlets of the company in Beijing within hours as long as the company approves", sources from marketing division of China Unicom saidrecently.
