AsiaInfo Services 12-30-2004 Stock Exchanges Issue Rules on Annual Report Posting CHINA, Dec 30, 2004 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange published a notice on December 27, requesting public companies to make, submit, and publish 2004 annual reports according to the schedule required by relative rules. The companies listed before December 31, 2004 should finish theabove-mentioned work before April 30, 2005 and be no later thanthe posting time for the Q1 report of 2005. The companies listed during January 1 and April 30, 2005 shouldreveal its 2004 annual report before April 30, 2005 if it didn't give the annual performance in 2004 in its public listing announcement.
