AsiaInfo Services 01-03-2005 Kunlun Lubricant Building Plant to Compete with Exxon Mobil TAICANG, Jan 03, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Kunlun Lubricant Company, a subsidiary of PetroChina, has poured a large sum of money in advertisement and infrastructure due to the fiercer competitionwith foreign lubricant companies. Kunlun has invested CNY200mn into the second phase constructionof Huadong Lubricant Plant that lies in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province with an area of 108,000 square meters. The second phase construction will be completed by the end of December 2004, Kunlun company sources said.
