AsiaInfo Services 01-19-2005 Chinese Government Plans to Open Cell Phone Making Business BEIJING, Jan 19, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Along with deepening of competition in the market and requirements of WTO (World Trade Organization), the Chinese government will fully open mobile phone manufacturing business. China's National Development and Reform Commission joins hands with Ministry of Information Industry to draft a managerial project on mobile phone manufacturing.
