LENOVO LAUNCHES LOW-PRICE COMPUTERS WITH LCD MONITORS

AsiaInfo Services 01-21-2005 Lenovo Launches Low-price Computers with LCD Monitors BEIJING, Jan 21, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Recently, China's top PC maker Lenovo has rolled out several models of PCs with 17-inch LCD monitors, and the lowest price has reached CNY 4,999 (USD 1 = CNY 8.27). In the meantime, the world's largest computer maker Dell has also presented a model of desktop computer with 17-inch LCD monitor, and it was priced at CNY 4,999 too, sources disclosed. The desktop computers released by Dell was equipped with chips made by Intel.
