A Unilever spokesman admitted that some of its staff members were studying direct selling operations now, especially China'sdirect selling market and regulation, but the detailed content would be decided after China enacted the direct selling law. As the world's second-largest daily chemical enterprise, Unilever's direct selling operation is also successful in the globe, such as in Thailand, India, and Brazil, besides the traditional retail business.
