AsiaInfo Services 03-30-2005 Continental Airlines Ratified to Launch flights from US to China BEIJING, Mar 30, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The US Department of Transportation (DOT) formally ratified Continental Airlines to enter the aviation market between China and the US. The airline company also posted an announcement afterwards thatit will launch the first flight from the US to China on June 15this year. Furthermore, the department approved the airline company to operate seven flights a week between Newark of New Jersey and Beijing as earliest as before March 25.
