AsiaInfo Services 04-04-2005 Wing Hang Bank Upgrades Office in Shanghai as Branch SHANGHAI, Apr 04, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Wing Hang Bank Shanghai Office was upgraded as branch, the second Hong Kong bank benefited from CEPA to settle down in Shanghai. The bank's chairman and chief executive Patrick Fung said that the Shanghai branch would attach more importance to real property projects, building mortgage loans, and trade financing, and expects loans of HKD1 billion in 2005. Wing Hang Bank has finished its outlet establishment in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta after the foundation of Shanghai branch.
