AsiaInfo Services 05-02-2005 Alcatel APAC IPTV Solution Center Was Build in Shanghai SHANGHAI, May 02, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Alcatel APAC IPTV Solution Center for the Asia-Pacific Region was set up in Shanghai in aneffort to provide world-class IPTV solutions to clients. The center will be under the charge of Alcatel Shanghai Bell, in which Alcatel takes 50 percent plus one share.
Alcatel Shanghai Bell is the first foreign-funded joint-stock company in China's telecom territory. For the moment, Alcatel has become the world's largest solutionprovider and has taken the lead in global IPTV sector.
