AsiaInfo Services 05-26-2005 Samsung to Launch New CDMA Mobile Phones at Month-end BEIJING, May 26, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. had exhibited its new CDMA mobile phone model - M509 at the CHITEC held in Beijing. M509 is a 5-megapixel camera-embeded cellphone with a screen featuring approximately 16 million colors. And it has been considered as the company's flagship product and will be launched at the end of this month.
