AsiaInfo Services 05-30-2005 Google Launches Chinese Version of Desktop Search BEIJING, May 30, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- SinoCast - The world's most powerful search engine Google has formally presented the Chinese version of Desktop Search. This free downloadable application enables users to quickly search the information they want on their own computers with ease. On the basis of original Beta version, the newly issued 1.0 version of the Desktop Search was added with the function for searching chatting texts of QQ and MSN.
