AsiaInfo Services 07-25-2005 Baidu.com Sets IPO Price Range at USD 19 - USD 21 CHINA, Jul 25, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Baidu.com, Inc., China's search engine bellwether, plans to issue 3.7 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price range of USD 19 - USD 21, to raise about USD 74 million in the closely-watched initial public offering.The five-year-old company delivered its prospectus on June 12, but failed to elaborate the amount it will raise from IPO.According to its additional remarks, the Beijing-based company will sell 2.6 million ADSs, and its selling shareholders will offer 1.09 million ADSs.Its underwriters Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston and Piper Jaffray have won overallotment options to purchase additional 391,304 ADSs from the company...
