AsiaInfo Services 07-25-2005 Air China Orders 20 Airbus A330-200 Planes CHINA, Jul 25, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- The world's largest airliner manufacturer Airbus SAS has won an order for 20 Airbus A330-200 aircrafts from Air China, the flagship carrier of the country.Airbus accordingly handed over subcontracting production of A320 parts and components to Hafei Aviation Industry Co., Ltd., an affiliate of China Aviation Industry Corporation II.Moreover, the US giant airplane carrier is considering founding a production plant in China and transfering subcontracting production of A350.Airbus on July 21 inked an agreement with Air China and China Aviation Supplies Import and Export Group (CASC) to supply 20 A330-200 aircrafts, which are scheduled for delivery starting...
