AsiaInfo Services 10-26-2005 Chinese Transportation Firm Likely to Make USD1bn IPO in Nasdaq CHINA, Oct 26, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- A large-sized Chinese transportation company is expected to launch an USD 1 billion initial public offering in Nasdaq in the coming12 months, said Stuart Patterson, Nasdaq's senior managing director for Asia Pacific. However, Patterson declined to reveal details. Analysts believe that China's three biggest airlines have already listed in Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, New York Stock Exchange or London Stock Exchange, so they are unlikely to go Nasdaq.
