AsiaInfo Services 11-07-2005 Citigroup Employs Senior Chinese Director in PR Department SHAHGHAI, Nov 07, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Citigroup has recently announced the employment of the former managing president of the World Bank, Mr. Zhang Chengman being the director of the group's PR department, who takes charge of the operation of Citigroup's relationship with governments and as well as the multinational organizations. 48-year-old Zhang was born in China.
He had assumed the office of the Chinese managing director in the World Bank in 1994, and has just left the position of the vice president of the World Bank two weeks ago.
