AsiaInfo Services 11-11-2005 Kerry Acquired Commercial Lot in Hangzhou for CNY2.46bn HANGZHOU, Nov 11, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Kerry Properties Limited has announced that it has acquired a site situated near campus of the Zhejiang University at Xiacheng District, Hangzhou for CNY 2.46 billion (approximately HKD 2.37 billion). The lot has a developable site area of about 66,000 square meters.
Kerry Properties plans to development diversified property projects in the site, including hotel, apartments, and commercial shopping complex. The construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2007 and be completed by the first quarter of 2009.
