MOTOROLA TO BORROW TCL MOBILE'S DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

AsiaInfo Services 11-25-2005 Motorola to Borrow TCL Mobile's Distribution Network BEIJING, Nov 25, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Motorola and TCL Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. signed an agreement on selling Motorola mobile phones through the distribution network of TCL Mobile from December 1. The cooperation is on the mobile phone sales terminals and does not involve any logistics cooperation or integration, revealed an insider. According to the agreement, Motorola mobile phones will appear at TCL's specialty stores and sold by TCL's salespersons.
Motorola's officials will visit TCL's distribution stores, train the salespersons, and register mobile phone numbers from November 19 to the end of this month. Motorola hoped their shares in China's mobile phone...
