AsiaInfo Services 12-05-2005 Kerry Properties to Start Hangzhou Project in 2007 HONGZHOU, Dec 05, 2005 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Kerry Properties Limited (0683.SEHK) announced on November 29 that it would start the plan of developing the commercial land of the Hubin campus of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, capital city of eastern China's Zhejiang province, in the second quarter of 2007. Kerry Properties won the bid for the land with CNY 2.46 billion in late October.
