AsiaInfo Services 01-06-2006 TCS, Microsoft Join Chinese Firms for Software Outsourcing JV BEIJING, Jan 06, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) reached an agreement recently with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), an Indian software company, and Microsoft on opening a software outsourcing joint venture this March. TCS will take 65 percent stake in the joint venture, and the Chinese partners and Microsoft will take 35 percent stake in the venture together. The venture's management team is mainly from the Indian partner, and the Chinese partners will appoint some management personnel.
