AsiaInfo Services 01-27-2006 Lenovo's Q3 Profit Predicted to Rise 31% to 47% BEIJING, Jan 27, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Lenovo, the world's third largest PC maker, is scheduled to release its financial result for the third quarter on January 26. Its profits are estimated to range from HKD 429 million to HKD 480 million, up 31% to 47% year on year, taking into consideration of its steady growth of shipment. Morgan Stanley predicted that the Chinese PC maker's gross margin would be at 14% and its operating profit margin would be lifted to 2.3% from 1.9% for the quarter ended June 30, 2005.
