AsiaInfo Services 02-09-2006 Chinese Battery Firms Win Lawsuit by Energizer BEIJING, Feb 09, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Chinese battery manufacturers won the three-year-long lawsuit by Energizer Holdings, the world's largest maker of batteries and flashlights. In April 2003, the US battery firm filed a complaint to US International Trade Commission (ITC) under section 337 of the US Tariff Act of 1930, claiming that Chinese companies such as Fujian Nanping Nanfu Battery Co., Ltd.
