AsiaInfo Services 03-01-2006 SIH Not to Sell Stake in Bright Dairy SHANGHAI, Mar 01, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shanghai Industrial Holdings Ltd. (SIH), the largest shareholder of China's leading dairy operator Shanghai Bright Dairy & Food Co., Ltd. (Bright Dairy), released an announcement on February 27 that it has no consideration to sell all of its 30.78% stake in Bright Dairy. Recently, domestic media reports say SIH is going to undersell its entire stake in Bright Dairy to Shanghai Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd., another shareholder of Bright Dairy, according to a possible scheme for Bright Dairy's non-tradable shares reform.
