AsiaInfo Services 03-17-2006 Shanghai GM Launches 1.4-liter Family Car LOVA SHANGHAI, Mar 17, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- On March 13, a trial driving campaign named "Love LOVA Life" was held by Shanghai General Motors in Guilin, Guangxi Autonomous Region, and at the product briefing, a senior official of Shanghai General Motors announced that 1.4L had become the golden emission for family cars. In fact, 1.6L used to be considered as the gold emission standard for family cars and it can be often found in the cars with best sales. However, the emission of family cars are inclining to lower in recent years. According to the statistics, the low-emission cars have been gaining popularity among consumers.
