AsiaInfo Services 06-07-2006 ABC Joins in Charging for Small Deposit Account Fee SHANGHAI, Jun 07, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Agricultural Bank of China, the weakest among China's big four state-owned commercial banks, announced on June 5 that it will start charging on small RMB personal demand deposit account from this September. Thus, China's four biggest state-owned banks, as well as two other leading commercial banks, the Bank of Communications and China Merchants Bank, have all announced the fee charging on small deposit account.
