AsiaInfo Services 06-19-2006 SDB Clarifies Lehman Brothers Strategic Investment Rumor SHENZHEN, Jun 19, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Shenzhen Development Bank, China??s first bank controlled by foreign investors, clarified in its announcement that it only came into contact with Lehman Brothers, but they did not have any substantial moves. SDB suspended trading on June 15 because of the rumor that Lehman Brothers, the Wall Street investment bank, would likely to acquire 32 million shares in SDB as the bank??s strategic investor.
