Recently, Siemens Venture Capital has formally announced that it would foray into China. Siemens Venture Capital is subsidiary to Siemens AG, one of the world's largest electrical and electronics companies, and it was founded in 1999.
In 2001, Siemenz consolidated all of its venture capital firms in each of its subsidiaries, and ordered Siemenz Venture Capital to be in charge of all of them.
