AsiaInfo Services 08-23-2006 Wired Digital TV User Base to Reach 11.8mn by Yearend in China BEIJING, Aug 23, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- A related annual report showed that with the advance of the digitalization process of national broadcast and TV and the approach of Beijing 2008 Olympic, the spread of digital cable TV speeded up. There had been 1 million users on July 17th, 2006 in Guangxi Autonomous Region, and this figure is likely to grow to about 1.4 million at the end of this year.
