AsiaInfo Services 11-07-2006 Philips to Set up Distribution System in Chinese Rural Area CHINA, Nov 07, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Philips CEO and president Gerard Kleisterlee revealed that the company would set up a medical treatment distribution system covering over 20 Chinese medium- and small-sized cities because of the huge demand there. China is likely to become the second largest medical treatment market in the future three to five years, with the investment in medical equipment enjoying an average annual growth of 13%.
