AsiaInfo Services 11-28-2006 Peking University Resources: Acquirer of South China Mall BEIJING, Nov 28, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- One month after the news about Founder Group to acquire South China Mall was released, the Peking University Resources Group was confirmed on November 21 the actual acquirer that has signed agreement with Sanyuan Yinghui Investment Co., Ltd., the real investor of South China Mall, about injecting CNY200 million in the subsidiary. According to insiders from Sanyuan Yinghui, the Peking University Resources will take over the business invitation, management and operation of South China Mall, and it will further invest CNY 2 billion in the several years ahead, to actually control Sanyuan Yinghui.
