PHIL SPENDER TO LEAVE CHANG'AN FORD MAZDA

AsiaInfo Services 12-27-2006 Phil Spender to Leave Chang'an Ford Mazda CHONGQING, Dec 27, 2006 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Chang'an Ford Mazda announced lately that Jeffrey Shen will succeed Phil Spender as new president, effective as of January 1, 2007. The current president Phil Spender will be assigned new responsibilities as chief operating officer of Ford China to balance the operations in its two production bases separately located in Chongqing, Southwestern China, and Nanjing, Eastern China. The management change is for the sake of smooth operation of the Nanjing base, due to its operation in 2007, said Ford China.
