AsiaInfo Services 02-02-2007 Baidu Takes A Lead in Video Search BEIJING, Feb 02, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- Fighting against Google, Baidu, the leading Chinese search engine provider, is about to launch its online video search services next week after long-range research and development. According to insiders from Baidu, the search engine giant will not expand to the video search market by purchasing other video websites. So far Baidu has kicked off movie search service, which provides thousands of millions of links of licensed movies.
