AsiaInfo Services 02-06-2007 China Unicom Said to Offer One-way Billing Soon BEIJING, Feb 06, 2007 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- China Mobile and China Unicom, the country's leading mobile telecoms operators, will soon carry on a tug of war on one-way billing scheme in Beijing, local media said. China Mobile Beijing branch is said to launch the one-way charging project on February 8.
In response, its archenemy China Unicom Beijing branch will probably announce while implementing the free-of-charge scheme for incoming calls. China Unicom has already reported under application for approval in Beijing, and is going to launch the one-way charging scheme to its post-paid subscribers who are in the networks of GSM and CDMA.
